Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure materials and components for manufacturing, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Work with BOMs (Bills of Materials) and costings to ensure accurate procurement and pricing.
Utilize Advanced Pastel Evolution and Excel (VLOOKUPs, formulas, and data analysis) for efficient inventory and cost management.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to align purchasing with manufacturing needs.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely deliveries.
Ideally, have experience with export/import processes, though this is not essential.

Key Requirements:

Technical mindset with an understanding of engineering and small-part manufacturing.
Proficiency in Advanced Pastel Evolution and Excel (including VLOOKUPs, formulas, and reporting).
Strong ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
High emotional intelligence (EQ) and resilience to handle challenges effectively.
Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
