Job Description

Technical Business Analyst who will be responsible for contributing technically to software development projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client business objectives and collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and integration requirements that enable new features and system enhancements.
• Facilitate data mapping and integration activities, including the investigation of service calls using tools such as SOAPUI and Postman.
• Support and guide development teams by providing technical leadership and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Conduct functional testing to validate that delivered solutions meet business and system requirements.
• Coordinate deployment and release management processes, ensuring smooth transitions between environments.
• Triage and manage defects, working closely with developers and testers to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Experience and skill required

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 4+ years' experience in a technical Business Analyst or related role within software development
• Proven experience with system integration, data analysis, or technical architecture
• Background in software development or technical delivery highly advantageous
• Proficiency in technical tools such as Postman and SOAPUI
• Experience in Agile delivery environments
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical language
• Familiarity with financial services or fintech environments is a plus
