3-5 years technical and sales support will be required
Previous experience with maize and soya is essential and knowledge of plant nutrition would be ideal
Must have a drivers license and be willing to travel
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Visiting Clients (Distributors and / or Farmers) nationally to promote the new product range.
Providing expert technical advice to clients aimed to identify business opportunities, increasing sales in a sustained manner.
Preparing the budgets (sales, expenses, etc.) and ensuring compliance and control.
Implementing business strategies and their defined action plan (in the Balance Score Card).
Executing the marketing strategies defined to position the company brands.
Managing the working capital and resources allocated to the sales area (inventory, portfolio and fixed assets).
Carrying out the activities of business development, inventory control, billing and collection management.
Creating monthly, quarterly and annual reports on the results of the KPIs and the BSC of their assigned area.
Implementing, in conjunction with the Technical team, technical support strategies for Distributors and Farmers along with the Sales Representatives in the respective areas.
