Job Description

To provide support and technical advice where specialised knowledge is required to resolve problems, and enhance skills levels of customers and support staff


REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING




Qualified Technician Valid driver's license

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE




5 years related experience after qualification, including management exposure Experience in working with construction and

forestry

equipment is essential

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS




Provide Technical support to technicians and mechanisation employees. Identify training needs, develop materials, and deliver internal and on-the-job training sessions to enhance the technical capabilities of staff. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, address concerns, support demonstrations, and conduct customer clinics to promote best practices. Document and report technical advice and problem resolutions, track complex issues and share insights to improve team knowledge and service delivery.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES




Good knowledge of the construction and

forestry
