A pioneering force in the Crypto and Web3 industry is searching for a powerhouse Technical Accounting Manager (CA(SA)) with 5+ years' experience, and ideally with exposure to the crypto landscape. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex technical accounting matters in the crypto/Web3 space
• Interpret and apply IFRS to digital assets, blockchain transactions, and emerging models
• Support financial reporting across global operations
• Build frameworks, policies, and structures for a fast-scaling digital finance ecosystem
• Partner with product, compliance, and engineering teams on new initiatives

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• CA(SA) - essential
• 5+ years post-articles (crypto/Web3 exposure highly advantageous!)
• Strong technical accounting background with experience interpreting IFRS
• Interest or experience in crypto, blockchain, tokens, or digital assets
• Analytical, autonomous, high-initiative, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to operate across multi-disciplinary teams
