A pioneering force in the Crypto & Web3 industry is searching for a powerhouse Technical Accounting Manager (CA(SA)) with 5+ years' experience, ideally with exposure to the crypto landscape. This isn't your traditional accounting job this is technical accounting reimagined for a digital-first world.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex technical accounting matters in the crypto/Web3 space
- Interpret and apply IFRS to digital assets, blockchain transactions, and emerging models
- Support financial reporting across global operations
- Build frameworks, policies, and structures for a fast-scaling digital finance ecosystem
- Partner with product, compliance, and engineering teams on new initiatives
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- CA(SA) - essential
- 5+ years post-articles (crypto/Web3 exposure highly advantageous!)
- Strong technical accounting background with experience interpreting IFRS
- Interest or experience in crypto, blockchain, tokens, or digital assets
- Analytical, autonomous, high-initiative, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication skills and confidence to operate across multidisciplinary teams
