Job Description
Job Summary My client in the financial services space is looking for a technical IFRS specialist to join the team and assist the business with IFRS 17
The business has multiple divisions which include insurance, investments, wealth management, retirement and financial planning . They are based in the north of Johannesburg and are currently on a hybrid structure
Job Requirements and Skills:
- Qualified CA(SA)
- 3-5 years experience in a technical accounting role
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of IFRS 17 and the application thereof
- Understanding of US GAAP would be preferrable
