As a Technical Account Director, you will be the strategic partner for our clients, guiding them through the implementation of our solutions while also anticipating their evolving requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include managing client accounts, overseeing technical project delivery, and collaborating with our dedicated teams to ensure projects align with client expectations. You will also leverage insights to identify opportunities for upselling and fostering long-term partnerships.
The right candidate for this role will possess a unique blend of technical acumen and strong interpersonal skills, allowing them to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements

• Minimum of 1-3+ years of experience in technical account management, project management, or a similar client-facing role
• Strong background in software development processes and experience collaborating with technical teams
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Slack and Clickup
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Adept at analyzing client needs and translating them into actionable technical solutions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Bonus: Familiarity with CRM software and basic technical knowledge relevant to our services
