We're on the hunt for someone who's:

Based in Gqeberha Tech-savvy and enjoy learning new tools Curious, proactive, and full of ideas A people person - confident, friendly, and not afraid to follow up Motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in selling software or tech-based solutions A solid understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing Demonstrated success in a previous B2B sales role - ideally in Software Sales or HR technology Ability to explain complex digital solutions in simple, relatable terms Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Able to demo the system as part of your sales process

What you'll be doing:

Connecting with current and potential clients Demonstrating the platform (training provided) Managing a strong sales pipeline Sharing insights and feedback to help improve our offering
