We're growing our

Data Centre and Technology recruitment team

and are looking for a

fluent Dutch-speaking Tech Resourcer

to support our consultants across Europe in sourcing top technology talent.

The Role

As a

Tech Resourcer

, you'll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates within niche technology markets -- helping our consultants deliver exceptional recruitment solutions for our clients.


Your responsibilities will include:

Sourcing and qualifying candidates across Europe using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal tools Conducting initial screening calls and interviews Building and maintaining talent pools for active and future roles Supporting consultants with market research and candidate shortlists Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the process Collaborating closely with our UK and Netherlands teams to fill technology vacancies efficiently

Requirements

Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)

- essential Previous experience in

recruitment resourcing, delivery, or talent acquisition

(agency or in-house) Strong understanding of sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently while collaborating remotely with international teams * Interest in technology recruitment - experience within

Data Centre, Cloud, or Software
