Core Description
To assist with patch management (SCCM, WSUS, EPO), and to effectively execute all related tasks within the SCCM and EPO support areas, focusing on SLA management and delivery against these. Key Deliverables / Primary Functions Assist the wider team with troubleshooting and provide solutions for SCCM and EPO system issues.
Complete installations-configuration and testing of OS Software Updates, application software and system management tools.
Understand and work with ITIL based management methodology.
Provide custom SCCM, EPO and management reports. Support and mange MacAfee EPO. Build and deploy desktop Images. Manage Windows 10/11 build upgrade Service rings. Test and deploy 3rd party application updates. 2 years of technical SCCM experience Certifications ITIL 3 or 4 will be advantageous Microsoft Certifications Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry Level of Engagement & Span of Control
