Job Description

We are looking for a Team Leader / Driver who is passionate to lead a team of Men who have sex with other Men (MSM) to provide holistic and patient-centred psychosocial aspects of HIV Care at our supported health facilities and in our outreach campaigns.
Minimum qualifications and experience:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
- Completed relevant HCT and RTQII certificate.
- Relevant heavy duty drivers licence and Professional Drivers Permit.
- At least 5 years outreach or community mobilisation experience.
- At least 5 years experience as a Counsellor.
- Have basic knowledge on HIV/STI/TB information.
- Able to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
- Experience in HIV prevention and treatment.
- Proficient in MS Word package (Word, Excel, Outlook, internet, PowerPoint).
- Motivated to engage with diverse community groupings.
- Fluency in local languages.
- Ability to keep neat, accurate, and complete records.
- Ability to motivate, lead and monitor a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with individuals and groups.
- Leadership skills.
- Demonstrated decision making skills.
