Team Leader - Warehouse Picking (Western Cape) N/Subs Contract to Perm
Job Vacancy: Team Leader - Warehouse Picking
Location: CPT - Northern Suburbs
Reporting to: Manager
Seniority Level: Mid Career
Type: Tempt to Permanent
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate warehouse picking team
- Ensure efficient and accurate picking of orders
- Train and onboard new staff
- Utilize computer systems for order tracking and processing
Functions: Supply Chain Team Lead, Supervisor
Qualification: Diplomas and Grade 12
Required Skills:
Experience in a Warehouse picking environment,
Team leader experience,
Motivating and training staff,
Computer literacy to enable accurate picking slips
Possible shift work
