To oversee a team of Universal Bankers for a Point/s of Representation (POR/s) within client experience, product and laid down requirements to drive sales and service objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
NQF Level 5 (FAIS aligned) or higher in Banking, Finance, or related field
Experience Required:
3-5 years of front line experience in serving customers to meet sales and service objectives
Demonstrated expertise in Client Coverage and Personal Banking
Proven track record of team leadership and performance management
In-depth knowledge of other departments and their functions within a branch
Experience in risk management and compliance within the banking sector
Key Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to coach and develop team members
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics interpretation
