Team leader would be responsible for running a team
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading and Motivating:
Inspiring and motivating the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.Coaching and Development:
Providing guidance, feedback, and training to improve individual and team performance.Building Relationships:
Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.Delegation and Task Assignment:
Effectively assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members.Conflict Resolution:
Addressing and resolving conflicts within the team.Performance Management:
Monitoring and evaluating team performance, providing constructive feedback, and taking corrective action when needed.Sales Strategy and Execution:
Developing Sales Plans:
Creating and implementing effective sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.Setting Sales Goals:
Establishing clear, measurable, and achievable sales targets for the team.Analyzing Sales Data:
Tracking and analyzing sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Managing Customer Relationships:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.Implementing Sales Processes:
Ensuring the team follows established sales processes and best practices.Staying Updated:

Team leaders are allowed to recommend staff they would like to bring into the company and HR will follow the recruitment process from that point on
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to R15000,00 per month
Experience:
