Job Description

ROLE PURPOSE:
Management of Aspen business in Iraq to achieve local sales budget for retail & tender, this includes leading sales force team, visiting key customers in private and tender sectors.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Full management of Aspen dedicated sales force team, which includes hiring, onboarding, performance management, in addition to employee development, retention & motivation.
  • Driving the relevant promotion strategy with the sales force team and distributor partners.
  • Identification and implementation of sales growth strategies, in both retail and tenders.
  • Identify and drive new business growth opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance versus sales targets for each team member and for the entire market
  • Forecasting: drive local sales forecast with involvement from distributors and local teams
  • Establishing, maintaining, and expanding a customer base.
  • Reporting: Daily follow-up on CRM reporting, monthly customer targeting, and coaching visits
  • Identify and perform promotional activities to continuously improve customer reach and coverage
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's Degree in B.Sc. Pharmacy
  • 3 years of professional experience in Iraq
  • 2 years in Pharmaceutical Sales
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
  • MS Office - Advanced
  • ERP - Good working knowledge
