Ensure that your team has access to appropriate training and other resources to perform their job.
Provide work procedures and processes that support the company and departmental procedures. Desired Experience & Qualification: Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 level qualification.
12 monthsxe2x80x99 experience in a call center environment
12 months' experience as a Team Leader in a call center environment.
Effective time management
Sound knowledge of a CRM system.
Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills. Desired skills and attributes: Effectiveness
