Qualification:



Matric / NQF level 4 as minimum

Further studies will be an advantage - in finance / business

Experience:



2 Years as a Call Centre Team Leader will set you apart, especially if this experience was gained within Collections / Sales Environment.

The most important requirement for the successful candidate is to exhibit the following characteristics / skills / attitude:



- Good Interpersonal skills

- Provide communication between management and team

- Self Motivated

- Time management skills

- Frequently communicate with senior level management

-Assist and develop agents during collections process to ensure targets are met

-Monitor daily activity and performance of the team

- Is resilient and can work under pressure

- Is good at problem solving and can clearly express solutions

Technical and other skills required:



- Planning and Organisational skills

- Attention to detail

- Can think and act fast, pushing for productivity

- Fast learner

- Good understanding and experience of the collections process and the environment

-Monitor and main teams' adherence to company policies and procedures

- MS Excel experience

- Resourceful, Good negotiator.

Pay: From R9000,00 per month
