Duties and responsibilities:
  • Supervising the day-to-day activities of the team.
  • Track progress and monitor team members tasks.
  • Ensure timelines are met for the required functions of team members.
  • Delegate tasks to team members.
  • Identify areas that need improvement for team members.
  • Communicate with team members regarding activities, tasks and performance requirements.
  • Receive feedback from team members and resolve any issues that may arise within the team.
  • Responsible for the maintenance, services and safe keeping of all equipment and consumables.
  • Responsible for Daily, Weekly and Seasonal planning according to requirements and the conditioning of facilities.
  • Report back to line manager.
