We are seeking a proactive and experienced Team Lead to oversee and support a high-performing team within our organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring team alignment with company objectives, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations and provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
Monitor performance metrics and deliver regular progress reports to senior management.
Facilitate team meetings, one-to-ones, and performance reviews.
Coordinate workloads and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Support onboarding and training of new team members.
Act as the first point of contact for team queries and escalate issues when required.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiencies.
Liaise with stakeholders across departments to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant systems/tools.
