We're on the hunt for a Dynamic Team Lead: Accounting!

Duties:
- Review client financials monthly, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and completeness
- Oversee tax calculations, VAT reviews, and the finalization of financial statements
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of accountants -- managing workflow, performance, and wellbeing
- Build lasting client relationships with proactive communication and hands-on support
- Identify workflow gaps, streamline processes, and suggest practical improvements
- Keep leadership informed with insights on team progress and client risk areas
- Newly Qualified CA(SA)
- Accounting software experience essential (Xero Adviser certification would be beneficial)
- MS Excel - Intermediate (Pivot tables)
