Job Description
Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking experienced Team Alignment and Conflict Mediation Facilitators to support the company through structured onsite interventions aimed at restoring team cohesion, resolving conflict, and improving workplace functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual one-on-one diagnostic sessions with team members Facilitate team alignment workshops to improve collaboration and clarity Facilitate conflict mediation sessions in a safe, non-punitive environment Identify root causes of conflict and misalignment within teams Compile confidential post-intervention reports with practical recommendations
Minimum Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Social Sciences, Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Social Work, Human Behaviour, or related Humanities field Proven experience in: Group facilitation Conflict mediation Employee wellness / EAP services Professional registration with HPCSA or SACSSP Personnel must be situated at Gauteng, western cape, kwazulu natal, eastern cape, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Freestate, Northern Cape or North West.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: R400,00 - R1500,00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
