About the Role

As a full-time teacher, you'll play a vital role in guiding young learners through their developmental journey. Your days will be filled with creativity, connection, and meaningful moments that shape the foundation of a child's future.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans Create a safe, emotionally supportive learning space Observe, assess, and document learner progress Build strong partnerships with parents and colleagues Promote curiosity, confidence, and kindness in every child

What We're Looking For

NQF Level 4, 5, or 6 in Early Childhood Development (or equivalent) Proven experience as an early years teacher Strong communication and classroom management skills Warm, patient, and upbeat personality Ability to lead with both compassion and structure A deep love for teaching and early learning

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

Shifts: 07h00-17h00 or 08h00-18h00 All Fridays: 07h00-17h00 Includes a 1-hour lunch break

Compensation

Salary is experience-based and follows a structured sliding scale
