What You'll Do:

Welcome children at the gate each morning with a friendly smile. Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks according to school guidelines. Oversee mealtimes and assist with keeping the classroom tidy. Plan and deliver fun, engaging lessons that support early development. Supervise indoor and outdoor play, encouraging safe, positive social interactions. Guide children through nap time, ensuring a peaceful resting environment. Help little ones get ready for home time at the end of the day. Organize and prepare learning materials and maintain an inviting classroom. Update workbooks, monitor progress, and complete developmental reports. Write supportive, thoughtful termly comments. Communicate openly and professionally with parents, colleagues, and management. Uphold school policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For:

A relevant Early Childhood Education qualification (or equivalent). Valid SACE registration. Experience working with young children in a school or daycare setting. Excellent communication and organizational skills. A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach. A team player who adapts well to routine and supports the classroom environment.
