Required: Must be able to teach Physical Education.
Reporting to the Principal
Duties required:
Teaching Life Orientation
Coaching in various Sporting Disciplines.
Liaising with parents, students, and visitors to the campus.
Physical Education Teacher - Grade 1 to 7.
Liaising with the Sports Department in the organisation of sporting events.
Competencies/Skills/Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues, student and parents.
Energetic, self-motivated, and able to use own initiative o Good organisational and administrative skills.
Computer literacy.
Must be a team player.
First Aid Training would be required.
Willingness to accompany teams to sporting fixtures.
Skilled in Coaching and Refereeing/Umpiring.
Qualifications:
Minimum requirement is a recognised Degree and/or a diploma in Sports' Management or Teaching Qualification with Physical Education as a subject completed.
SACE registration would be required.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the same and/or similar type of position and environment.
Ability to coach sports is essential o Experience in the organisation of sporting events
