Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and passionate Kindergarten Teacher with a minimum of two years of experience to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a stimulating learning atmosphere, implementing an age-appropriate curriculum, and supporting the holistic development of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, hands-on lessons that promote cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development. Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, and creativity. Develop lesson plans that align with the kindergarten's curriculum and learning goals. Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians. Use a variety of teaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment. Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events. Uphold the values and vision of Sam Kindergarten while adhering to Bahrain's educational standards.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of professional teaching experience in a kindergarten or early childhood education setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and classroom management skills. Creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for working with young children. Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
