Prepare and serve beverages, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and manage stock of refreshments and consumables. Minimum Requirements
Grade 12
Drivers License, Code 8
Two years experience of serving refreshments and catering
Primary Duties
Serving refreshments to Administration employees, Management, and visitors.
Overall management of the kitchen by ensuring that the kitchen is kept clean in a spotless and hygienic condition, crockery/cutlery washed, cupboards, dish towels are washed and packed daily
Take responsibility for all assets (equipment), manage stock of refreshments, cleaning materials and stationery and request for replenishments
To prepare conference rooms for meetings i.e. refreshments, projector, air- conditioning and coordinate conference room bookings
Sorting of mail/letters received from Rietvlei and the post office daily
Provide full administration support in the Administration Section as and when needed i.e. filing, taking of minutes
Representing the Administration Department at various platforms as and when required i.e. (SHE Reps, Value Champions etc.)
Provide excellent customer service and always be presentable with professional conduct
Ensure compliance with all legislation and organizational policies and procedures i.e. ISO45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
Participate in audits and implementation of corrective actions for continuous improvement.
