Location: Remotely Division: Rural Health Advocacy Project Purpose of the consultancy:
TBAC and its partners play a key role in socialising the National TB Program Strategic Plans and the TB Recovery Plan at community level, while ensuring community priorities inform policy and practice
As part of this work, TBAC will host its annual consortium convening on 26-27 November 2025, serving as a review of progress and setting the agenda for the year ahead. To support this, TBAC seeks a consultant to design its first TBAC Stakeholder Report a publication that will showcase updates from coalition partners, highlight major activities and reflect key achievements of TBAC over the past year
Main purpose of the job / Scope of work and deliverables: The consultant will be responsible for designing the TBAC Stakeholder Report, combining visual and written content to communicate the impact and spirit of TBACs work. Specific tasks include:
Designing a 40 page A4 size Stakeholder Report
Sourcing and integrating appropriate visuals
Ensuring alignment with TBACs visual identity and brand
Required minimum education and training:
Postgraduate Qualification in Graphic Design or related field
Required minimum work experience:
Minimum five years experience carrying out similar projects
Desirable additional education, work experience and personal abilities:
Demonstrated graphic design and editing skills
Skilled in the usage of necessary and appropriate graphic design tools
Experienced in designing communication materials for non-profit, health justice organisations; and
Effective time management and organizational skills, as well as demonstrated initiative
Expert understating of media landscape relating to civil society
