What You Bring to the Table:

6+ years crushing it in tax technology, product ops, or senior tax analysis
Killer technical skills -- from tax logic systems and APIs to automation tools
Proven talent for translating tax rules into workflows, specs, and razor-sharp logic
Rockstar research and documentation skills
Curious, organized, and collaborative -- you see projects through to epic completion

Bonus Points If You Know:

Payroll automation, tax/HR tech, or SaaS platforms inside and out
Tools like Notion, Jira, Postman, or tax engines like the back of your hand
South African, Canadian, or UK PIT/compliance frameworks
API docs, Excel logic wizardry, or basic JSON/XML formats

What You'll Own:

Drive the design, testing, and rollout of tax automation tools and smart logic
Research compliance and tax requirements for exciting new market expansions
Craft crystal-clear documentation, playbooks, and spec sheets that empower teams
Bridge the gap between product, engineering, and tax with actionable insights
Lead API testing, QA, and tech validations that keep innovation bulletproof
Be a strategic right-hand to the Head of Tax Tech on high-impact projects
