Duties:
- Collaborate with the Head of Tax to implement our tax strategy and deliver top-notch tax advisory services.
- Provide proactive and technical tax advice to stakeholders, staying ahead of new tax legislation.
- Empower stakeholders through training, enhancing tax awareness, and competence.
- Champion tax risk management by implementing efficient controls and processes.
- Identify and seize opportunities for tax savings.
- Drive tax process efficiencies through the innovative use of technology.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to shape tax policy and advocate for our interests.
- Consult on tax projects, due diligence, audits, corporate finance transactions, and more.
- Provide guidance on tax accounting, compliance, and reporting, both within and outside the Group Tax function.
BCom Honours in Taxation
6 years + working experience (including articles)
Atleast 2 years in a leadership position
