Job Description
This concern dominating in the insurance industry is on the lookout for a number crunching tech savvy individual to join their finance projects department as a Tax Programme Manager. The suitable candidate will need to have a keen interest in working within the project management environment.
This role is suitable for a tenacious professional that has very strong analytical and logical problem - solving skills, investigative in nature and Tax savvy.
The key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Manage delivery of large and complex projects.
- Integrate with a diverse group of stakeholders by engaging and facilitating multiple groups across a spectrum of requirements and processes
- Build professional relationships though engagement and regular communication and feedback with all stakeholders using quality metrics and project status reports
- Programme scoping, planning, budgeting & forecasting and reporting
- Ensure projects are delivered on target within due date, budget and according to scope and governance
Qualification:
- Completed relevant degree
- Completion of Programme/Project Management Certification
- 8+ years working in a project environment of which 2 - 3 years working with medium to high complexity projects, with a focus on financial services / Tax implementations
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software tools
