What You'll Be Doing:
- Taking the reins on all things tax: Compliance, reporting, and advisory--you name it.
- Preparing and reviewing tax returns, provisional tax estimates, and CFC calculations like a pro.
- Leading the charge during year-end and quarterly tax reporting, including deferred tax.
- Staying ahead of legislative changes and keeping internal teams in the know.
- Being the point-person for tax audits, managing risks, and maintaining solid relationships with authorities and advisors.
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Accounting
- Master's in Taxation (a must)
- CA(SA)? Even better
- 3- 5 years' experience as a tax professional
- Experience working in a large/multinational group or JSE listed environment--non-negotiable
- Deep understanding of tax strategy, compliance, and reporting
