Position: Tax Manager
Location: Johannesburg East, Gauteng
Salary: R 550 000.00- R 650 000.00

Job & Company Description:
As a Tax Manager, you will have a critical role in overseeing the South African/Sub-Saharan Africa tax function for the company. This includes managing tax reporting, reconciliations, audits, and more. Your contributions will be integral to the organization's financial well-being.
Duties:
- Direct Tax Management: Review and approve direct tax returns, manage relationships with tax providers, identify training opportunities, and keep updated on tax regulations.
- Other Fiscal Filings: Oversee various fiscal filings, manage provider relationships, identify training needs, and stay informed about filing requirements.
- Corporate Income Tax and Accounts: Assist in implementing CIT processes, liaise with the Tax Department at Group, and ensure compliance with CIT processes.
- Statutory Financial Filings: Assist in implementing statutory financial statement processes, liaise with Controllers, and ensure compliance.
- Ensure Process Compliance: Monitor compliance with accounting policies, plan local audits, and manage audit activities.
- BCom and Honours in Taxation
- Masters in Taxation is beneficial
- 5 to 8 years' experience in taxation and finance
- Experience with Corporate Income Tax and withholding tax for African countries is Advantageous
