:

• Manage direct and indirect tax compliance for assigned sub-region countries.
• Ensure proper internal transactions, compliance with transfer pricing, and resolve tax audits.
• Minimize transfer pricing risks and ensure VAT assessments are validated and negotiated.
• Provide expert tax advice, respond to inquiries, and guide compliance.
• Support sales/accounts teams on bids, advise on customer contracts, and minimize tax costs.
• Assist with acquisitions/disposals, business integration, and surplus entity elimination.
• Guide on indirect and VAT requirements for new systems and act as a point of contact for indirect taxes.
• Identify and implement tax planning opportunities within business lines.
• Implement local in-country tax control frameworks in line with the global framework.
• Management of the Middle East and North Africa regions

• Bcom or Bcom Honours in Tax is essential
• 8 to 10 years experience in international tax
• 5+ years managerial experience
• Experience in Middle East Africa and North Africa regions is essential.
