As a Tax Administrator at Nexus, you will wield a pivotal role in upholding tax regulatory compliance while simultaneously refining and enhancing their financial strategies. xe2x80x8bMinimum requirements

  • xe2x80x8bBachelorxe2x80x99s degree or Diploma in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • xe2x80x8bCompleted SAIPA articles
  • xe2x80x8bExperience in liaising with SARS on various tax matters
  • xe2x80x8b1- 2 years of experience in tax administration or a similar role
  • xe2x80x8bExperience in working for a Professional Accounting firm (Tax Department)
Key Responsibilities
  • Proficiently prepare and complete income tax returns for individuals, companies, and trusts, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of taxation intricacies.
  • Handle objections related to tax matters, ensuring accurate representation of client interests in interactions with tax authorities.
  • Skilfully navigate the process of obtaining Tax Clearances, streamlining the procedural aspect of taxation for our clients.
  • Exhibit expertise in a wide array of general tax matters, providing valuable insights and solutions to diverse tax-related challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting and legal, to ensure seamless integration of tax planning into financial operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements related to taxes.
  • Provide support to finance and accounting teams by resolving tax-related inquiries and issues
