? Purpose of the Role

The Talent Sourcing Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's people strategy by:

Proactively sourcing top talent across multiple channels
/p
p
Building robust talent pipelines for current and future roles
/p
p
Enhancing the employer brand and candidate experience
/p
p
Supporting the business in reducing time-to-fill and improving quality of hire
/p
p
? Key Responsibilities
/p
p
? Source and pipeline candidates via career pages, job boards, social media, referrals, and agents
/p
p
? Execute sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill roles
/p
p
? Conduct initial screenings, reference checks, and manage candidate engagement
/p
p
? Ensure consistent and professional communication with all candidates
/p
p
? Maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS (Apply Below)
/p
p
? Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform recruitment strategy
/p
p
? Collaborate with marketing to promote the employer brand
/p
p
? Ensure compliance with EE legislation and internal recruitment policies
/p
p
? Support managers with shortlisting, interview coordination, and process improvements
/p
p
? Qualifications & Experience
/p
p
Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field
/p
p
Minimum 2 years' experience in talent sourcing/recruitment (hospitality or luxury industries advantageous)
/p
p
Proven ability to source passive candidates & manage high-volume recruitment
/p
p
Familiarity with ATS platforms (Apply Below, LinkedIn, Job Boards)
/p
p
Strong MS Office 365 skills (formatting accuracy essential)
/p
p
Canva/design skills (advantageous)
/p
