PerfectHire is a fast-growing recruitment firm that specializes in placing top sales talent in the software industry across the Netherlands. As our company continues to expand, we're looking for a driven and reliable Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview

As a Talent Sourcer, you'll play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent for our clients. You'll work closely with the team to understand hiring needs and use strategic sourcing techniques to find the right people. This role offers significant growth opportunities, and for the right candidate, there is clear potential to progress into a Team Lead position in the future as the company continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Candidate Management

Identify and source potential candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms. Use LinkedIn automation tools to import and manage candidate outreach.
2. Inbox & Communication Management

Use your own LinkedIn account to engage with talent and clients. Maintain timely and professional communication with clients, candidates, and partners.
3. Operational & Administrative Support

Organize meetings via tools like Calendly and Microsoft Teams. Assist with scheduling, tracking candidate feedback, and other operational tasks.
