Role Purpose
To strategically identify, attract, and acquire top talent aligned with the Momentum Health's goals and culture. This role ensures a seamless recruitment experience while building a strong employer brand and talent pipeline.
Requirements
Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CPTD are advantageous.
  • 3-5 years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • 3-5 years in talent acquisition or recruitment focusing on IT/ acturial roles.
  • Experience in high-volume or specialized hiring environments.
  • Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing.
Required knowledge
  • Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies across various platforms (job boards, social media, networking events).
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
  • Write and post job descriptions.
  • Screen cv's and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs and recruitment events.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to improve hiring processes.
  • Maintain accurate records in Neptune.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders (HCC's HCBP's and SHCBP's) and business leaders to forecast hiring needs.
