Duties & Responsibilities Lead, support, and develop a high-performing kitchen team Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in food preparation and presentation Design and develop innovative menus aligned with our brand and seasonal offerings Maintain strict standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier relationships Train junior staff and foster a positive kitchen culture Ensure efficient workflow and consistent quality during service Monitor food costs and support the achievement of financial targets
Skills and Competencies Proven experience as a Senior Chef, Sous Chef, or Head Chef Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, collaborative approach Sound knowledge of a variety of cuisines and cooking techniques Excellent understanding of food safety regulations Creativity, attention to detail, and high standards of presentation Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions Strong communication and organisational skills
