Duties & Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present high-volume meals in line with standardised recipes and production schedules. Maintain excellent food quality, taste, and presentation across all dishes. Support the planning and organisation of daily production requirements. Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and allergen control procedures. Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet service deadlines. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the production kitchen at all times.
Skills and Competencies

• Experience working as a Production Chef, Prep Chef, Line Cook, or similar high-volume kitchen role.
• Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills.
• A positive attitude with a passion for delivering great food.

Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate
• Relevant culinary qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds) are desirable but not essential.
