A renowned international engineering company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a full-time permanent basis in Somerset West.
Position Overview:
Source, attract, and select top talent to meet our organisation's long-term goals and global needs and ensure compliance with employment equity regulations.
Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with managers to identify talent gaps.
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
Manage the talent acquisition process.
Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related
paperwork. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Use next-gen solutions to drive talent acquisition.
Lead employer branding initiatives to attract talent and promote our company as an attractive employer.
Requirements
:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the engineering sector.
Sound knowledge of the South African Labour Laws.
Proficiency in using social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle.
In-depth knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques for active and passive candidates.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of business operations and decision-making (business acumen).
Experience with applicant tracking systems.
Proven success in previous positions.
Knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Recommendations (Advantageous, but not compulsory):
Professional HR certification.
Knowledge of PaySpace.
