Talent Acquisition Specialist Type: Contractor (Two months)
Location: Midrand
We are looking for a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a contractor basis. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in the Human Resources and Information Technology sectors. Reporting to the Manager, you will utilize your 4-6 years of experience to drive recruitment strategies, manage the end-to-end hiring process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans
- Source candidates through various channels
- Screen applications and conduct interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Manage job offers and onboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and regulations
- Telecommunications sector experience
