What You'll Be Doing:
Develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Review resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines with care and precision.
Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and guide them through the hiring process.
Represent and promote our company culture through employer branding initiatives.
Track recruitment performance metrics and ensure hiring practices stay compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
What We're Looking For:
Solid knowledge of modern recruitment practices and sourcing tools (preferred).
Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities at once.
