Job description

As a key member of our people team, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment while partnering closely with business leaders Proactively source, attract and hire top talent using job boards, headhunting, social media, networking, and referrals Advertise roles, screen applications, and shortlist candidates for interviews Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and business goals Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear, timely, and engaging communication Track recruitment activity and contribute to reporting and trend analysis Continuously improve recruitment processes and introduce innovative sourcing strategies Ensure compliance, confidentiality, and best recruitment practices at all times Support ad hoc recruitment-related initiatives as required

Minimum requirements

Grade 12 / Senior Certificate (non-negotiable) A tertiary qualification (advantageous) 2-5 years' experience in talent acquisition (in-house or agency), ideally with sales recruitment exposure Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams) Experience with ATS platforms or similar recruitment technology Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, positive, and results-driven mindset Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment A strong alignment with Karooooo / Cartrack values: customer excellence, accountability, urgency, and performance
