Who We Are Looking For
Crisis24 is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented TA Sourcer based in Cape Town to support high-volume hiring across our protective services functions. This role is ideal for someone early in their talent acquisition career (2 years' experience) who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and communicates clearly and confidently.

What You Will Work On
Conducting prescreening of candidates for a variety of roles, with a focus on executive protection and security operations
Reviewing CVs and conducting initial outreach to assess candidate suitability, interest, and alignment with role requirements
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records and sourcing activity within the ATS and other sourcing platforms
Supporting multiple requisitions simultaneously, prioritising tasks based on business needs and urgency
Proactively identifying and engaging candidates with relevant backgrounds in protective services, law enforcement, intelligence, or related fields
Tracking sourcing activity and pipeline progress, and sharing insights to support continuous improvement
Ensuring a high level of attention to detail across candidate communication, documentation, and reporting
Who You Will Work With
You will work closely with the global Talent Acquisition team, partnering to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies. You'll also collaborate with stakeholders across different regions and time zones, gaining exposure to a global hiring environment and best practices in talent acquisition.
What You Will Bring
Required
2 years+ of experience in a sourcing, coordination, sales, or recruiting-related role
Strong prescreening and candidate assessment skills
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging candidates via phone and email
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Preferred
Exposure to AI sourcing tools (e.g. Indeed Smart Sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter AI features)
Familiarity with Dayforce or similar ATS platforms
A data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret metrics and adjust sourcing strategies
Experience supporting high-volume or fast-paced recruitment environments
* Previous experience supporting recruitment within a global or multinational organisation is advantageous
