Talent Acquisition & Candidate ManagerThis role will be working closely with our client on an embedded partnership helping them scale across multiple countries with Tech, Sales & Operations hires.Responsibilities of the role:

  • Reporting into a Talent Manager.
  • Client facing in qualifying jobs from multiple stakeholders.
  • Creating relevant documentation where needed, including job descriptions and job adverts.
  • Advertise and proactively source candidates.
  • Using LinkedIn, database and proactive headhunt methods.
  • Screen and qualify candidates over video and phone based on skills and competencies.
  • Present candidates to Client through managing ATS.
  • Managing all scheduling of interviews.
  • Manage all feedback internally and to candidates.
  • Obtain references.
  • Offer management.
Who is this role right for?
  • Someone with recruitment experience and specifically delivering high volume for large clients.
  • Experience recruiting within Tech, Sales and Operations would be ideal.
  • Organised and process driven.
  • Passionate about candidate experience and offering a world class customer service.
  • Comfortable with managing client stakeholders and being able to manage the relationship end to end (from a job brief to offer management).
