This role supports the hiring process by collecting, organizing, and interpreting data to enable informed decision-making and enhance recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for optimizing recruitment processes through data.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize data, tools, and strategic recruitment initiatives within Talent Acquisition. Collect, organize, and analyze recruitment data to support decision-making. Develop and implement data-driven approaches across the recruitment lifecycle. Provide actionable insights to management using recruitment metrics and analytics. Conduct market research to understand the competitive talent landscape. Build and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize recruitment performance. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support. Focus primarily on local services, with occasional involvement in shared services.

Scope & Impact

Contribute to business objectives by executing plans within the designated job area. Operate with some supervision, ensuring accuracy and relevance of data. Responsible for reviewing and validating data, making minor adjustments as needed.

Stakeholder Interaction

Engage with internal clients and support teams to exchange information and insights. Communicate effectively to explain data findings and recruitment strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business needs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. Proven experience in talent acquisition, data analysis, or HR analytics. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Excel. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Essential skills:
Possess broad theoretical and practical knowledge of talent acquisition and data analytics. Demonstrate proficiency in recruitment tools, data visualization, and market research. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in strategic recruitment.
