We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead our recruitment efforts in Africa.

You will be partnering closely with the business across our Africa markets to build strong, impactful relationships as a trusted business partner and will be seen as a true specialist in Talent Acquisition. As part of the EMEA team, you will also work closely with Talent Acquisition peers in other EMEA countries and will have the opportunity to partner and recruit across other EMEA markets.

What you'll need to bring to the party

  • Proven experience in a similar talent acquisition role
  • Good understanding of talent market trends and challenges
  • Working experience in building talent acquisition strategies
  • Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills
  • Proactivity, xe2x80x9ccan-doxe2x80x9d attitude and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
What you'll be doing
  • Perform full life cycle recruiting process (direct sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding)
  • Partner closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand business needs, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Gather competitive data, industry trends, and labour market conditions and translate these to successful search strategies
  • Challenge requirements and expectations where necessary to ensure an effective recruiting process
  • Ensure a xe2x80x9cwowxe2x80x9d candidate and hiring manager experience within the talent acquisition process
  • Drive relevant and targeted employer branding activities, supported by Regional and Global initiatives
  • Manage effective relations with colleges, universities and academies where appropriate to support early career hires
  • Play an active role in various TA improvement projects, always looking for opportunities to evolve
  • Implement and run local initiatives supporting talent attraction and our diversity and inclusion agenda
  • Actively contribute to a culture that achieves the business goals, delights customers, and keeps consumer advocacy at the heart of everything we do
Qualifications
  • Grade 12 National Senior Certificate (NQF 4)
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
  • 5 Years proven experience as an inhouse Recruiter working within Finance/Technology industries
  • 3-5 Years' experience sourcing and head-hunting talent in the Technology market
  • 3-5 Years' experience in managing recruitment on Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Previous experience in recruiting across EMEA/APAC regions will be advantageous
