Our client is looking for a dynamic and proactive T/A Merchandiser to support the retail sales team through effective merchandising, store execution, and brand representation. Responsibilities
Ensure consistent and high-quality merchandising execution across designated retail outlets
Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and managers
Monitor stock levels and manage stock rotation to minimise returns
Implement promotional activities and point-of-sale material as per store plans
Report on store performance, stock issues, competitor activity and customer feedback
Provide support to the sales team by ensuring brand visibility and shelf dominance
Ensure all in-store displays reflect the brands clean and vibrant identity
Travel regularly between store locations as required

Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining brand standards
Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment
Basic data reporting skills and familiarity with retail systems/tools
Prior experience in merchandising or retail sales support, preferably in FMCG
Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport
Comfortable with frequent travel between stores
Fluency in English; additional South African languages advantageous
Qualifications
Matric (Grade 12)
