Job Description
Stowe Holdings is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Systems Engineer in the Field Services Department based in Plattekloof, Parow, Cape Town
Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
Customer Service Distinguished service on Stowe and 3rd party products Incident Resolution Diagnose, Fault-Find and Problem Solving Low level communications and data structure understanding Low level investigations Product Support (On Site) Hardware Support Mentoring technicians Administration
Administration to be completed as per internal policies and procedures Tools Management Boot Stock Management Hardware Tools Software Tools Weekly Vehicle inspections Implementation Installation and Training capability Additional Tasks that may be given at management's discretion.
Minimum requirements:
Matric Qualification (or equivalent) A+ certification essential A minimum of 2 years' working experience in related Petroleum or IT industry Driver's License Knowledge of Computer Hardware & Microsoft Operating Software Strong administration skills
Advantageous:
2 - 5 Years' experience in the Petroleum Industry Software Knowledge such as NetPOS, NetACC, PEC 8850, Retalix & NAMOS Hardware Forecourt Controllers such as Postec, Domms, MPI & Enabler Valid Passport
